We believe that a childs needs is important and what we do is to develop a culture of the most caring career nannies in the industry. As such, we provide ongoing support and quartly check-ins with families and nannies to ensure we provide the best chance of care possible.

Behind the Nanny Concierge
Kiran Ahluwalia originally from London, has over 21 years in the childcare industry, including 18 years as a trusted nanny in Sydney’s Inner West. Her career began managing a busy daycare centre before moving to Sydney, where she has worked closely with families and children of all ages.
Over nearly two decades as a nanny, she has seen firsthand the profound impact a thoughtful, dedicated carer can have—not just on a child’s life, but on an entire family. Her experiences taught her what matters most: intuitive care, open communication, and a deep understanding of each family’s unique needs.
This insight inspired her to create The Nanny Concierge, an agency built to provide meaningful, carefully curated matches that foster lasting relationships between families and carers.
